Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement for adults, use 1 AWGE packet (17 g, providing 8.5 g fermented wheat germ extract each) per day.Add AWGE packet to 4 oz (120 ml) of cold water, mix thoroughly and drink within 30 minutes (mix by shaking for best results). Do not store after mixing. AWGE can also be mixed with other beverages, but only those providing less than 5 mg of vitamin C per 4 oz serving.
To maximize absorption, consume AWGE one hour before or after a meal, and 2 hours before or after taking any drugs or other dietary supplements.
