Features 500 mg psyllium husk, 300 mg each of organic senna leaf and cascara sagrada bark, plus aloe vera, licorice root, and fennel seed in a comprehensive seven-day digestive formula.

Suggested use
Take 1-2 capsules at bedtime with at least 8 oz. of water for 7 days. Do not take for more than 7 consecutive days. After taking this product, increase fiber and water intake for one week. Wait at least 6 weeks before repeating this program. This product supports a minimum of 4 cleansing cycles.

Other Ingredients: Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Silicon Dioxide and Stearic Acid (vegetable source). May contain traces of sesame.

This product contains cascara sagrada and senna. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because cascara sagrada and senna may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
